Ciara Bush
Girl Scouts of the USA
UX Researcher
Ciara Bush is the lead UX Researcher at Girl Scouts of the USA. Much like the girls she researches, she is a lifelong learner who is excited by the challenge of creating engaging digital experiences for her customers. She has a knack for building empathy and extracting actionable findings for emerging and existing products. Always looking for innovative ways to engage in user-centered research -- she has brought the girls to the front as a founding member of the customer experience team at Girl Scouts. She also plays a mean cowbell and still cannot do a layup (yet).
